Shake your salt habit

Fast food used to mean fried food, but today food franchises are offering people more health-oriented alternative than ever before. Chef salads, grilled chicken sandwiches and frozen yogurts are just 3 examples.
Tips: Beware of topping burgers with cheese, creamy sauces and bacon they add saturated fats a calories. Pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, and mustard add flavor without the fat. Steer clear of fried fish sandwiches. A baked potato might be a healthier option, but have it with low fat sour cream instead of butter.
Instead of a jumbo cheeseburger try a grilled chicken, sliced meats or even a regular 2 oz. hamburger on a bun with lettuce, tomato and onion.
Fact: A regular cheeseburger has 360 calories and 180 calories from fat.
